The Mustard Seed Eatery is a locally owned small coffee & sandwich shop located in the Downtown Destination District of Augusta Kansas. We are a scratch, fresh-to-order kitchen and strive to be as close to No-Waste as possible. We serve breakfast from 8:00AM-10:30AM and paninis, sandwiches, soups, and salads from 10:30AM-2:00PM. We offer indoor and outdoor dining. Call ahead to have your order ready in advance!
